I am Natalie Saunders and Morpho is my way of bringing HR experience and employment law expertise  together, to support ambitious organisations and individuals.

I help organisations to perform and transform through people and culture, working across the entire employee lifecycle, from attraction to exit. I provide pragmatic advisory support to Boards and senior teams on people and performance issues, including improving performance management and aligning performance more effectively to reward, diagnosing and resolving culture challenges, undertaking complex, sensitive investigations, disciplinaries and grievances, organisation (re)design and leadership and management development.
