I provide pragmatic advisory support to Boards and senior teams on people and performance issues, including improving performance management and aligning performance more effectively to reward, diagnosing and resolving culture challenges, undertaking complex, sensitive investigations, disciplinaries and grievances, organisation (re)design and leadership and management development.
