Drawing on my considerable experience as an employment lawyer, whilst not acting in that capacity at Morpho, I also support individuals who are experiencing specific issues relating to work – whether those relate to performance or conduct, disciplinary issues, whistleblowing, discrimination, redundancy or dismissal. I will devise a strategy intended to deliver the optimal outcome for you, coupling my technical expertise with empathetic support at what is often a very stressful time.
