How I Can Support Your Organisation

I won’t offer you any “off-the-shelf” products or services. I’ll take the time to get to know you and your organisation, so that my advice and support is tailored to your needs. It could be take one or more of the following forms:

People Director / non-executive director support

Whether in-person or working remotely, I can ensure your business strategy and goals are supported by an appropriate enabling people strategy and a clear operational plan to deliver on that. This may involve a regular commitment of a day a week or attendance at monthly Board meetings – or a blend, depending on your requirements.

Project-based support

You may need support in designing and delivering a project-based piece of work. In which case I will take time to understand the problems to be solved and design a bespoke project (with clearly articulated deliverables and milestones) to address them.

Retained regular support

With a cost-effective monthly retained contract appropriate to the size and complexity of your organisation, I can take care of any employment law issues and people problems that may arise.

Ad hoc advice and support

You may only need employment law or HR advice once in a while (for example for complex or sensitive issues) and if that’s the case, I can support you as needed when issues arise, charging you only for the time spent in resolving the issue rather than tying you into an ongoing commitment that you may not need.
